This class will include pole skills gained in the beginner course, while adding more complex maneuvers that require strength and agility. You will learn dance/pole combinations, more difficult spins and some trickier moves to build on the skills you learned as a beginner - including inversions! This class also incorporates an extensive warmup and cool down to build strength and minimize soreness.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you are a paying drop in customer and you do not cancel before the 24 hour period, you will lose not be allowed to reschedule your class.
