Intro to Intermediate - Students should have mastered Beginner Pole Fitness as well as be able to climb and invert from the ground. This class will focus on introducing lower level intermediate spins, combos, and floor work as well as refining climbs and inverts. This is the perfect class if you’re a recent graduate from Beginner Pole looking to prepare for Intermediate Pole. You’ll gain strength and flexibility while learning the basics for Intermediate Pole. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you are a paying drop in customer or FitPass, Groupon Holder and you do not cancel before the 24 hour required period, you will lose not be allowed to reschedule your class, unless paying the Late Cancel Fee $8. All Classes Require Online Reservations and a minimum of 4 reserved or class will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding!
