Mohini learnt Yoga from her sister and later became a certified yoga teacher completing her Diploma in Yogic Education (Teachers Training Course, India) under Yogacharya Padam Shri Sadashiv Nimbalkar in 1998 and has been teaching since then. Also, she has the support and guidance of her sister who has been teaching yoga for the last 30 years. Mohini takes us back to basics with expertise in beginner’s yoga, yoga for health issues, intermediate yoga, pre/post natal and children’s yoga. Mohini also teaches cleansing process like Jala Neti (Nasal Cleansing with water) to purify the body of toxins. She believes anyone can do yoga and truly and tenderly helps you to master it for happy and healthy living.
