For over 16 years, Elissa has practiced medical and wellness
massage. She has advanced training in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular
Therapy, Trigger Point, KinesioTaping, and Swedish/Relaxation.
Elissa enjoys helping clients let go of long-held stress in order
to unlock their body's innate healing potential. She graduated from
the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2001.
After 15 years in the corporate world, Theresa decided to make a
career change. She has always loved receiving therapeutic
massage and experiencing the benefits. She decided pursuing a
career in massage therapy is a great way to share the benefits of
massage and fulfill her passion of helping others.
Theresa is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences
University. She specializes in swedish massage and trigger
Massage is a very powerful, healing, therapeutic tool. Abby's
healing hands have 12 years of experience with chronic neck and
back pain, TMJ, personal and work injuries, and sports injuries.
Abby brings myofascial release and trigger point to her massage
with having extensive training in both. Abby also believes in the
power of aromatherapy, she uses a variety of aromas to help bring
you to your highest point of relaxation.
Gina customizes each massage to create the best results. Her
massage therapy techniques include Swedish/Relaxation massage, Deep
Tissue, Myofascial Release, Pre/Post Natal Massage, Trigger Point,
Reflexology, and Warm Stone. Gina specializes in Thai Yoga Massage
and Reiki healing (energy balancing), and Hospice Massage. Gina
received her Massage Therapy Certification from St. Paul College.
Also, Gina has her master’s degree in Holistic Health Studies from
St. Catherine University. In January 2015, she studied Ayurvedic
medicine in India.
Gina has been a devoted yoga practitioner for 18 years. She is a
registered yoga teacher (RYT) and holds her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance
Certification. Gina enjoys guiding her students and watching them
bring strength and balance into their lives. Gina also holds
certifications in Pilates, Zumba Fitness, and Qigong.
Cathy is focused on making a positive difference in people's
health and lives. She is a graduate of the Minneapolis School of
Massage and Bodywork with more than 24 years of experience. Some of
Cathy's massage therapy techniques include Deep Tissue, Myofascial
Release, Trigger Point and Warm Stone. She is also a Certified
Infant Massage Instructor.
Pete says, “I've been passionate about helping people since I
was a very young boy.” He specializes in upper body pain,
specifically head, neck, shoulder, back, sacral, and hip pain. In
addition, he has great interest in Neuropathy, reflexology,
pre-natal, geriatric, auto accidents, sports injuries and more...
