Hi, I’m Tony. My experience here at LJ’s has truly been a blessing, both as a client and as a member of the staff. The best blessing of all is watching and working with others to achieve their goals. I teach Boot Camp and my new class, Body Moves, which is all about dancing and finding that natural rhythm we all possess. Focus, dedication, and discipline are three important things that help with my workout and can help yours too, whether you are alone or in one of my classes. Focus and develop a mindset when it comes to your workouts. Be dedicated to these workouts, and discipline yourself by denying the things in your life that stop you from doing your best!
