Lauren is an awesome instructor and made the class a ton of fun! She always offers modifications to make exercises easier or harder depending on your ability. This class is a great way to ease into an exercise routine!
She hopes to use her newfound RYT200yoga, meditation & mindfulness skills to help “heal" her patients, her frontline coworkers, & beyond. Yoga at has absolutely helped her find a renewed sense of community, belonging and purpose. She wishes to inspire others to step into their power and go from “surviving to thriving.”
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, daughter and dog, mostly adventuring around the great outdoors.
