Tim led a great spin class last night! It was my first one in many, many years, and I was definitely tired afterward. He encouraged and challenged us the entire time I participated. Even though I was unable to complete the entire hour this time, I felt encouraged to keep trying.
She hopes to use her newfound RYT200yoga, meditation & mindfulness skills to help “heal" her patients, her frontline coworkers, & beyond. Yoga at has absolutely helped her find a renewed sense of community, belonging and purpose. She wishes to inspire others to step into their power and go from “surviving to thriving.”
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, daughter and dog, mostly adventuring around the great outdoors.
