Pryde Athletics

Great Workout! This was my first time doing boot camp here and it went well. Chris was very helpful with all of the exercises. I felt like he pushed the group but didn't make us feel bad if we struggled. I will definitely be going back!

My daughter has been working out at Pryde for about 6 months and have seen a substantial difference in her strength, endurance and athletic performance.  What sets Pryde apart from many others is the individual attention to each athlete in designing a specific program targeted at injury prevention, strength, endurance, sport and position specific workouts. Eros and Ivan have taken a lot of time to get to know her as a person and as an athlete and understand her individual performance goals. They have been instrumental in helping her achieve those goals in the gym and on the field. I would highly recommend any and all of their trainers and facility to anyone looking to get in shape and or wanting to gain an athletic advantage in their sport.
