Joining Accel was a life changing experience for me. Before I joined I was badly overweight and out of shape. The Training staff is second to none and very experienced and knowledgeable with training. The new facility is awesome, all the best equipment and machines. The classes are great, and I’m always looking forward to recovery. They have all the recovery boots, game ready sleeves, cold tub, hot tub and sauna. If you are looking to lose weight, be trained by the best, and a state of the art facility, Accel is the place to be.
