Accel is the best the place to go not just working out but to recover too. I play football Accel helps me prepare for the season and keeps me healthy during the season. If you come to work and come consistently you will see the benefit.

Anna

“Anna Reddington is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from Washington state. In her free time she enjoys hiking, playing tennis and spending quality time with friends and family. She graduated with a BS in Exercise Science from Liberty University as a Fitness Specialist, and is now pursuing her Masters in Exercise Science and Wellness with a concentration in Sport Performance. In her time with Liberty University, Anna has worked with both recreational and competitive athletes, conducting fitness tests and creating individualized exercise programs for adults of all fitness levels. Anna assisted various athletic teams such as football, volleyball, wrestling, climbing and equestrian in physical therapy, athletic training, and strength and conditioning. 

Anna moved to Rochester Hills, Michigan for an internship with Applied Fitness Solutions. She gained experience as a sport performance coach for figure skating and hockey teams for youth and adolescent athletes while continuing to teach fitness classes for adults. 

Anna has a passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and helping each person achieve more than what they think is possible.”
