Alex's classes are real dance workshop. He is energetic and he is patiently doing repetitively to ensure you got the steps down. He is very patient and respectful of students' ability of learning. I have taken all of his classes. I have broaden my dance skills and more confident about myself. I HIGHLY RECOMENDE him.
He is a National Under 21 Latin Champion, represented the US in the 2012 World Youth Latin Championships, and is the current 3 time National Cabaret Champion. He is also well trained and achieved in jazz, contemporary, ballet, and hip hop, and has appeared on music videos and TV shows like So You Think You Can Dance (season 11) and Dancing With The Stars (season 15). Recently he has produced award-winning, fun, and competitive dance routines for several years including being awarded Outstanding Choreography by the NYCDA. He served a 2-year mission in Córdoba, Argentina for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He has been teaching toddlers to adults for 9 years (since he was 16) in dance and personal development settings. He received his BA in Exercise and Wellness, a Ballroom Dance Minor, and his First Aid/CPR Certification from BYU. He is ISTD Certified in The International Ballroom Technique. He was on the BYU Ballroom Touring Company where he and his wife Hannah met and were privileged to win with their team, over 8 contested teams, the 2019 British Latin Formation Team Championship. Hannah and Landon currently rank in the top 2 of National Amateur Smooth. They love traveling, trying new foods, exploring the great outdoors, and playing with their little dog Gus.
