Alex's classes are real dance workshop. He is energetic and he is patiently doing repetitively to ensure you got the steps down. He is very patient and respectful of students' ability of learning. I have taken all of his classes. I have broaden my dance skills and more confident about myself. I HIGHLY RECOMENDE him.
Raney has training in a variety of dance styles and conditioning methods. She is a STOTT Pilates instructor, is trained in the mUv Method Stretch curriculum, has 25yrs+ of ballet training. Raney is specifically interested in helping individual students in strength, conditioning, and flexibility to prevent dance injuries, to improve posture, to improve the ability to turn, and to improve range of motion for dancing- including isolating muscles to control body movement as it relates to dance.
