Shannon loved Banff so much that she’s flown back from New Zealand to spend another summer here! Shannon comes from a Physiotherapy/Reformer Pilates background & takes on a very holistic approach to movement. She loves to motivate people no matter their age, abilities or personal goals & encourages people to explore their movement & just have fun with it. She believes that mindful & efficient movement translates into more energy, less pain, improved strength/endurance, an elated mood & an increased sense of empowerment. To be able to do what we love more often and with greater ease makes people happier, healthier and spreads positive energy!
