A long time St. Pete resident, Jennifer Rose started experimenting with yoga in the early '90s. Yoga and meditation played a big part in her comeback from severe anxiety and agoraphobia. She knows firsthand that yoga and meditation are medicine. Her style of teaching reflects an easy flow with a touch of attention to alignment. She strives to provide a safe class for beginners and seasoned practitioners. All ages and abilities have enjoyed her lighthearted flows and her personal approach to yoga and meditation.
