Robyn
Robyn Crosa is a multi-talented artist and entertainer. She has achieved award winning status as a singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, visual artist and psychic entertainer. She was a performer with the famous Big City Burlesque and Vaudeville Troupe in Atlanta, most notably performing at the Dragon Con Festival and also at Seven Stages Theater. She worked as an artist and set designer for the television show “The Originals.” She was the Official Fortune Teller for Historic Oakland Cemetery’s Halloween Festival and was also a Psychic reader at the Madam CJ Walker Beauty Shop Museum in the historic MLK district of Atlanta. She studied and performed as a belly dancer with Diane Adams and
Andrea Demons before moving to Florida. Upon moving to Saint Petersburg Robyn found a home in the Hip Ex community. She continued her study of dance leading to performances under the direction of Johanna Zenobia at the Unity Winter Solstice Celebration, as guest performer with the Djinn Zu and Friends dancers under the direction of Marcella Skiff, at the Tribal Burn Festival as part of Chris Geyer’s burlesque troupe, and as a Reggaetón dancer under the direction
of Ilia Del Mar. She recently appeared as a singer for the Latinx Presente! 2020 Virtual Festival for the Arts and was also a winner of the Florida CraftArt Festival 2020 Emerging Artist Grant for her mixed media visual art. Robyn is also a Docent at the Salvador Dalí Museum. Robyn loves creative work and loves being a part of
the talented community of people who are part of the Hip Ex family!
