Oh  My  Gosh  THAT WAS AWESOME!!! And a lot of hard work.  Just took my first class, Intro to Aerials, with Katlyn and my body feels SO good from all that  moving!  I feel like I just got a combo strength + yoga class, but with SILKS!  and without the weights!  yay!    I'm not gonna' lie, my bodyweight provides me with plenty to lift (I ain't little).  Katlyn gave us a great warm up with stretches and bodyweight strength moves, then we got into the silks and by the end were hanging upside down in them!  

Don't get me wrong, I am totally out of shape and have lost most of my flexibility, so some things were either very hard or unattainable for me,  but I was absolutely stunned at how much I was actually able to do even at my low level of fitness.  

I AM GOING BACK!  FOR SURE!  I KNOW in my heart of hearts this will help me  build strength and keep my interest.  'Cause what good is weight lifting if it's so boring, you dread doing it, am I right?!  Yeah, I know.

Intro to Pole • $24.00

Ready to give pole a try? Learn the basics in this introductory exciting and hot class!  Our Intro to Pole class is tailored for the beginner who wants to give pole dancing a try!  A great introduction to how to pole and what it's all about!!  You will leave with a great workout, feel empowered and wanting more! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Special instructions

Please note our LATE POLICY:  To protect all of our students from injury and to ensure a smooth class, we ask that you are on time for you class.  Students more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed into class and you will forfiet your pass.  Being on time is critical to the nature of what we do here at SOUL, because the warm up is the most critical to each students safety and well being in class, it also allows each participant to be fully engaged in the classroom without disruption.  So please arrive early for your class!

WHAT to WEAR to your First Class:  SHORT SHORTS & a Tank top.  Exposed skin is necessary to stick to the pole.  Please NO jewelry on hands or wrists.  Also, to enjoy pole completely, do not apply lotion before class, as this will potentially cause you to slip on the pole.
