Training at the School of Cadence Ballet is a multi-faceted approach. Proper technique is of course a priority but they also focus on the dancer as a whole. By building physical strength students are more likely to avoid injury and establish the stamina needed for the rigors of live performances. The teachers focus on the mental health of the dancer by providing a highly positive and encouraging learning environment complete with numerous audition and performance opportunities. Most important to this parent, they strengthen the emotional growth of the students which results in confident dancers who are not threatened by the abilities of another dancer/competitor but rather they can appreciate and applaud the hard work and dedication that went into a competitor's grace and skill.
