Lauren joins us from Manchester, England. Having trained in Ballroom, Latin, Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Modern. She attended a professional stageschool in England while teaching Street Dance and Commercial classes to children and adults including performance teams. Lauren has performed throughout the UK in a variety of events before moving to Vancouver 6 years ago. Now Co-owner and Company Manager with LFS Dance, Lauren performs and teaches with Founder Marilu Retana. If you have seen them perform or attended a class, you know the fun, high-energy and sassy LFS Dance style! Join Lauren for Latin Fusion every Monday 6-7pm for a guaranteed sweat, fusion of latin styles and body movement.
