Jorelle joined Vancouver bachata scene in 2016 and quickly became fascinated by it. He soon met his dance and life partner, Monica, on the social dancefloor, and together they jumped into the festival scene. They have trained with various artists from Spain, as well as with local North American instructors. Their passion for bachata and their desire to elevate Bachata Sensual scene on the Canadian west coast is what propelled them to teach and quickly become one of the most in-demand dance couples in Vancouver.Jorelle and Monica's classes focus on bachata sensual fundamentals, smooth transitions between movements, and understanding Bachata Sensual musicality and flow. Jorelle emphasizes creating the right movements with precision and musicality to embody the changing energy of any song.
