I was having back pain and no matter what I did it never helped. After going to the Pilates individual sessions with Mary, my back started feeling so much better! Pilates is amazing, and the regression machines that they use make it a great experience. They have mat classes every Saturday and while I'm still going to the individual sessions, I highly recommend both! The individual sessions are great to start strengthening your back and finding out where you need to focus most on. After going to just a couple of sessions my back feels so much better!

Also, a Usui Reiki Master and Oneness Blessing Giver, Karen uses her honest, creative approach, rooted in generosity, compassion and a touch of mysticism, to inspire her students to find their unique selves and to experience the liberating joy of expressing their truth. Karen currently holds certifications in Hatha, Yin, Restorative & EMYoga. She is working toward her Sound Healing Certification from The Sound Healing Academy.
