Jan Taylor, Pilates & Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach or as she likes to say: a lively gal on a mission to help you smile MORE!  Through her energetic and empowering approach, Jan helps people embrace their potential and build strength through group fitness classes, personal training, and health coaching programs.
 
Jan founded Get Lively: Health & Fitness in 2014 to help people feel better about themselves everyday.  She studied Pilates through Balanced Body Education, obtained her personal training license from ACE: American Council on Exercise, and her certificate in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Roger Williams University and a Master’s degree in Communications Management from Simmons College.
