Termination and Suspension

WellnessLiving may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or for no reason, including if WellnessLiving believes you have violated these API Terms or the BTU, or if WellnessLiving determines, in its sole discretion, that your access to and use of the Service is not in WellnessLiving’s or its users’ best interests.

Where WellnessLiving terminates access for convenience and not for cause, WellnessLiving will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where doing so would not, in WellnessLiving’s sole determination, create security, legal, or operational risk.

Suspension or termination may cause your Application or existing services to stop functioning properly, and WellnessLiving is not liable for any resulting loss of functionality, damages, or losses.

You may terminate your access to the Service at any time by notifying WellnessLiving in writing, ceasing all use of the Service, and deleting your access credentials.

11.
