This is an introduction into our boxing classes for women with menopausal symptoms. Our classes have been adapted to work with all the punches that the menopause throws at women, helping to make that part of your life as enjoyable as it should be!
Exercise is great… Boxing is better! Reduce your hot flushes & sleep better; manage your weight by blasting out calories; lift your mood & reduce anxietys; strengthen your bones, heart, and pelvic floor and improve your hand-eye co-ordination and balance.
