- 3 month / 12 week minimum commitment (membership will
automatically renew after the 12 week period unless

- Weekly direct debit payments (bank account or credit card)
- Membership can be placed on hold for a period of time (advanced notice required)
- 1 week notice for cancellation (after the 12 week period)
- 1 hour cancellation policy. $15 late cancellation or ’no show’ charge (after 2 in a 3 month period)
