Yoga for mums - babies welcome.
This is a gentle, supportive yoga class designed specifically for postnatal mothers. The focus is on rebuilding strength, and enhancing overall wellbeing after birth.
Babies are welcome to attend and remain close to their mothers during the sessions, creating a relaxed, baby friendly environment. However, the yoga is exclusively for mothers - there are no exercises for the babies themselves.
Classes are suitable from your postnatal check up (usually 6-8 weeks after birth) and babies are welcome until they confidently walking.
Friday 5th September - 10th October 11am - 12
£70 for the 6 week course.
