Our Personal Training Buddy Sessions are designed for two people who want to train together while still receiving the benefits of personal training.
-Each person pays $240 for a package of eight sessions, structured to be completed over four weeks.
The program encourages consistency by keeping you and your training partner on track, while still allowing a little flexibility—sessions expire six weeks from the start date. Training with a partner not only adds accountability and motivation, but also makes the experience more fun and engaging as you work toward your goals side by side.
