Reflexology sessions consist of gentle pressure and subtle manipulation of foot, hand, or ears. This gentle massaging technique can stimulate and gently clear blockages of energy to allow the body to generate its own flow of healing. The foot, hand, ear, and face all have correlating maps to the body including organs, which have been used for centuries with multiple alternative healers of the world.
