We all do too much. This event invites us to do the opposite. To pause, soften, and invite space for deep rest.
Join Sydney for a 90-minute Restorative Yoga practice designed to help you unwind and reconnect with an inner well of calm. Through a series of fully supported postures, held for 5-20 minutes each, you’ll be guided into a state of quiet rest and the space for your nervous system to find balance.
The key ingredients are support, stillness, and silence.
This is your permission slip to do less, to slow down, and to care for yourself in a meaningful way.
All props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring anything from home (an eye pillow/covering, cozy socks, a favorite blanket) if it will help you feel more supported or comfortable.
Everyone is welcome. No yoga experience is needed. Just a willingness and a desire to collectively rest.

*Note: To support a meaningful and well-prepared experience for all participants, please register at least 24 hours in advance. Each workshop requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified no later than 24 hours before the start time, and a full refund will be issued.
