Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) releases tension in the body while
creating strength and flexibility. Using a Yamuna ball, we will
anatomically roll through tight and misaligned muscles. This
creates Body Sustainability by working out stiffness and improves
range of motion by creating space in the body. YBR can help prevent
injuries and heal breakdowns.
Taking in 30 minutes of the EESystem energies before getting
on the ball helps the body to release on a deeper level with the
Yamuna technique.
