During this workshop, you can expect a blend of movement, breathwork, journaling, and meditation—all designed to help open the heart and cultivate a profound sense of gratitude for life. Please bring a journal and pen, wear comfortable clothing, and bring any props that will enhance your meditation experience, along with water for hydration.
