This membership is good for one month membership for ANY 2 persons and will auto renew monthly unless otherwise discussed.  Founding members will continue to receive this rate until cancellation.

Members have access to our facility from 5am-10pm every day of the year.  Our certified personal trainers take out all of the guess work by writing daily workouts that can be adjusted from beginner to athlete. Members have access to all equipment in the gym, including Peloton bike and Peloton treadmill. Program design is focused on total body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and core stability.
Membership will also include videos to guide you, weigh-ins, email communication, and light nutritional counseling.
