Fun Fact! Did you know that yoga asana, the
practice of movement and poses, is only a small part of the
totality of yoga? Do you perhaps already know this aspect and are
curious as to what those other elements are and would like to
broaden your perspective on them? Well then welcome to the study of
the 8 Limbs! In this workshop we will go over the philosophical
lens of what yoga is, it’s origins, and how you can adopt a more
meaningful and broader practice of yoga into all aspects of your
life beyond the physical practice.

off the yoga mat and are within the daily momentum of your own life
and the world around you.
This workshop will include some movement and
breathing practices to settle in, before we begin a deep dive into
discussion and questions. Handouts will be provided. Optional
Materials: A notebook and pen for your own notes, yoga mat, and any
personal props especially for use in a comfortable seated
position.

from beginner practitioner to the more seasoned yogi.
