working with the breath and enjoy asana practices specifically
designed to open the body for better breathing. Sign up for one
class or the whole series. Each class will be recorded to
accomodate students who cannot attend the livestream.
Welcome:
This short complimentary pre-recorded class gives you basic
strategies for approaching breathwork, including various ways to
position your body for pranayama practice.
Class One:
The River of Breath - a moderate asana practice that
prepares the body for expansive, easeful breathing.

Two: Anatomy of Breathing - learn about
your anatomy as it relates to breathing.
Class
Three: Find Your Breath Print - Each individual has a
unique way of breathing. We begin with a gentle asana practice to
prepare for inner listening, then move into various supported
postures for a lengthy inquiry that will help us identify our
breath print.
Class Four:
Asana for Pranayama - Short (30 minute) posture sequence
followed by a prop-heavy setup for seated pranayama.
Class Five:
Asana, Ujjayi and Sama Vrtti - Short movement practice
followed by explanation and practice in foundational pranayama
patterns.
Class Six:
Viloma Pranayama - Asana practice followed by introduction
to breath retention and pranayama practice.

explanation and practice of alternate nostril breathing.
