Individual Nature-Based Session with Catrina
Jun 10, 2026 - Aug 26, 2026

These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—both emotionally and physically. Together, you might walk and talk, sit and reflect, or immerse yourself in nature through guided meditation or a forest bathing experience. Each session is intentionally flexible and collaboratively planned, with locations chosen to feel supportive and convenient for both you and Catrina. This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and be gently supported—whatever that looks like for you.

Catrina Stiller is the owner and CEO of HealTree, a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH), and a trauma-centered trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator (TCTSY-F). To learn more about Catrina, you can read her full bio here.

Grounding Grief Circle
Jun 24, 2026 - Aug 26, 2026

Grief is not something to “get over” or move on from—it’s something you can learn to live with, tend to, and carry in new ways over time. This ongoing grief support circle offers a compassionate space to be with your loss while also gently exploring what it means to continue living alongside it. This is a donation based experience - you are invited to contribute in any way that is accessible to you.

Each gathering will begin with a brief guided meditation to help you ground into the space, followed by a short reading on living with grief. You are then invited (but never required) to share, reflect, or simply listen as we go around the circle. We will close our time together with a gentle affirmation or intuitive message to support you as you move forward.

This is an open group, meaning you are welcome to attend as it feels supportive—whether once, occasionally, or regularly. There is no “right” way to grieve, and no expectation for where you should be in your process. You are welcome exactly as you are.

This circle will be led by Sydney Dawson. In addition to her role as HealTree's office manager, Sydney is also an MSW intern and Certified Grief Coach. This circle is a culmination of the healing practices she has found supportive in her own grief. She strives to ensure those walking the path of deep grief feel less alone, more understood, and genuinely supported.

A Walk in the Park
Jul 2, 2026 - Aug 13, 2026

This guided nature walk experience combines mindfulness, observation, gentle movement, and personal reflection within the natural landscapes of Cape Henlopen State Park. You are encouraged to slow down, connect with the rhythms of nature, and reflect on the sights, sounds, and symbols they encounter throughout the walk.

This is a donation-based experience, hosted by Lauren DiGennaro, LMHC & Zach Graboyes. Each walk will include the following agenda:

Introduction (10 - 15 minutes) You will gather with the group in front of the Fishing Pier, (next to the Bait & Tackle Shop) and share brief introductions. Facilitators will share the trail route and program theme for the day and offer a short grounding meditation designed to help you clear your mind and become present in the moment to connect with the natural environment around you. You may be offered a reflection question or invited to set an intention to carry with you through the experience.

The Walk (Approximately 60 minutes) The walk will be about one-hour at a relaxed pace. There will be a designated stop along the trail to serve as a quiet reflection point.

Debrief & Conclusion (10 - 15 minutes) The experience will conclude with an opportunity to share observations from the walk with the group and a closing meditation.

We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, and bringing a water bottle, sunscreen/bug spray, and a journal for reflections to ensure a full and enjoyable experience.
