Deeply relaxing, this practice will help you gently release blocks and resistance, while supporting physical and energetic wellness. After reiki, most people say they feel relaxed and peaceful, with  a general sense of well-being and balance. While Reiki is a relaxing and healing practice on its own, it is also a supportive practice to other healing modalities. This is an intuitively guided practice that may include several modalities. Generally, expect no touch, or light touch if you are comfortable with that. You remain fully clothed, so wear something comfortable.
