Want to check out aerial silk equipment? See the front desk. * You must leave your ID/driver's license when checking out equipment. It will be returned to you when you are done using the aerial silk and front desk checks for tears. * Client agrees to pay for damage caused to the silk or rig, including full replacement ($96.50 for silk, $839.15 for rig) if the silk or rig is torn or damaged as determined by APEX. * Must be 18 years or older to check out aerial silk. * A parent may check out the aerial silk for their child, but must directly supervise child using equipment and is responsible for any damage. Parent may not use the silk while supervising child unless they have paid open gym and have waiver on file. Check out of the aerial silk is limited to 1 hour or 1 open gym session, whichever is less. Please remove all jewelry, shoes, belts. No zippers. No swinging. No drops. No pushing.
