About the Class

This 60 minute conditioning and flexibility class will help you build strength and gain coordination using the aerial hammock as a work-out tool.  45 minutes of the class is dedicated to a pilates, cardio and strength based class. With a variety of exercises and modifications for all levels of experience.  Followed by 15 minutes of aerial yoga style stretching.  All level friendly!
