In this gentle 75 minute class, students will practice and be introduced to yoga in a soft way. Jen’s extensive training in classical and tantric yoga, yoga as a healing technique/therapy and ayurveda will guide you to experience more on the yoga mat than simply the physical practice of poses. You may even learn how to use this ancient healing modality in your everyday life. Each class will include gentle asana, pranayama, meditation, and sometimes a deep relaxation like yoga nidra. Room is non-heated.
