About the Class

Booty Pump Group Fitness Class Duration: 55 minutes Level: All Equipment: As per teacher’s instruction, but might include dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted balls, resistance bands, ropes and other fitness equipment.   This booty pumping class is a comprehensive lower body workout that focuses on isolating and strengthening the gluteal (booty) muscle group. In addition, you will tone and tighten your abs, legs, hips, lower back, and inner and outer thighs.  

Special Instructions

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start of class.  - Late comers will not be allowed to attend class once class has started - Please bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and bottle of water - No shoes can be worn in studio - No socks when practicing yoga as you may slip and fall - No cell phones inside practice room
