Foundation Yoga is our beginner class, but it is truly a great class for all practitioners as we move through the postures with a great deal of intention, pausing to talk about the why behind our asana (physical) practice to keep all students safe, informed, and understanding of the intention behind the movement. Props are always utilized throughout this class as a way to bring accessibility for ALL bodies and ALL experience levels. It’s a great class to start with, but also a great class to regularly integrate into your weekly practice.
