About the Class

A flow of classica hatha yoga postures, sometimes based on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) that awakens you body, mind and spirit while maintaining a sense of calm and relaxation. This class is led with a variety of modifications for theindividual, makingit suitable for most levelsof practitioner. We often include pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and always deep relaxation! All levels are welcome!

Please sign up at least 15 minutes in advance. At the time of your reservation, you will receive a “You've booked a class” confirmation email containing your unique link/button to enter the zoom class.  Approxiamtely 2 hours before class you will receive a “class reminder” email with the same link.
