About the Class

Brain, breath and balance: movements on the chair! Chair-centric yoga which exercises your body, mind and spirit.  Breathwork, brain balancing and yoga poses on the chair—this class is great for any level of fitness.We welcome seniors, beginners, all ages, anyone with chronic pain or arthritis, and anyone who just isn't comfortable getting down on the floor! If you just want to mix it up, come on in…..all are welcome!

Special Instructions

Please sign up at least 15 minutes in advance. At the time of your reservation, you will receive a “You've booked a class” confirmation email containing your unique link/button to enter the zoom class.  Approximately 2 hours before class you will receive a “class reminder” email with the same link. Please join the class 10 to 15 minutes prior to class start time. Thank you.
