About the Class

Yin Yoga is a beginner-friendly, meditative, and a “passive” practice; however, Yin can be challenging! Class consists of seated and supine poses, most of which are held for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing access to deeper layers of fascia. Yin is an especially complimentary practice for athletes or anyone who regularly has a strong Vinyasa or Power Yoga practice. Yin yoga is a perfect complement to a busy life, inviting you to slow down, increase flexibility and increase balance in the body.
