The Pilates Method of body conditioning is a vigorous and mindful exercise system with a repertoire of over 500 exercises that work the entire body from head to toe.   Pilates focuses on your body’s vital core with movements that simulate functional activities. With this emphasis, Pilates helps you develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture—with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise.
