About the Class

Caution, may invoke calm and a great night's sleep. A slow-paced class, with long held postures, coupled with Reiki (prana or life-force focus) to support each participant during the session. The result is a deeper relaxation experience, thus perfect for releasing stress and cultivating peace of mind, body and spirit.  Breath-work will be incorporated to keep the mind anchored in the present moment.
