Yoga Studio

A 60 minute restorative, meditative class where you will hold
postures for serveral minutes. You will use breath and be guided
with compassion as you work deeply in the body discovering and
unfolding into a deeper connection to your physical, metal, and
emotional self.  Please bring any props you may need.
