Designed for any fitness level, SWAT stands for strength, weights, agility, and toning. SWAT classes are programmed to be modified for each individual and their current fitness level. No two classes are ever the same, and all classes are designed to give you a total body workout while increasing strength, balance, endurance and fat burning to give you the energy and look you desire.  Unsure about group fitness? Every class is completed in a welcoming and non-judgemental environment to help you feel comfortable and confident as you strive towards your goals of a healthier, happier you!
