Vegas Stiletto Fitness is non-intimidating for women of all shapes, ages, & dance abilities.“Stilettos” is metaphoric meaning “Strength, Empowerment, & Balance” Let us introduce you to your inner showgirl in your favorite heels (heels not required) You will learn how to walk, dance, & feel confident in your heels, then we will lead you into sassy stretches, and finish with learning a sassy dance routine with a chair for a complete mind & body makeover.
Special Instructions
Attire: Yoga pants, comfortable top, heels(optional) Please bring proof of your online check in. Doors open at 8:30pm for this class, please do not arrive early since there is another class before.
