About the Class

Yin yoga is a beautiful way to help improve your overall mobility and range of motion, and flexibility. Poses are done on the floor and held for 2-5 minutes with a focus of relaxing the muscles in order to target your deep connective tissue, or fascia.  Yin is a great compliment to our usual power yoga classes!  Classes end with a beautiful savasana. All levels welcome.
