About the Class

During this class we take the time to slow down and make space for stillness while nourishing joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Yin is Yoga at its stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props as needed to create the littlest effort required to hold each pose. Each pose is held for 2-5 minutes to allow joints and fascia to deeply release. Surrender to gravity with the deep, calming practice of Yin Yoga. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, Towel, Water What to leave at the door: Shoes, Worries, Ego Welcome Om Everyone! Our indoor studio is NOW OPEN!  Please enter through our front entrance on Maclay Ave. Check-ins will be done at the front desk. There is free 2hr parking on Maclay, as well as additional parking throughout the residential areas of Mountain View and Harding. Please arrive 15 mins early to find parking and get settled on your mat. Class will start promptly on time, and front door will be locked. Pre-paid reservations will be required as we have limited spaces available. If you register but are unable to attend class, please cancel reservation with a minimum of 2 hours notice to avoid the $10 Late Cancelation Fee or forfeiture of class pass.
