Each round will challenge your stamina and improve your skills as you throw punches and practice footwork. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, our experienced trainers will guide you through every class. - **3 Rounds of Strength/Circuit Training:** After your boxing rounds, switch gears and build muscle with our strength and circuit training segments. These rounds will incorporate bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movements designed to enhance your overall strength and conditioning.
